The gearbox underneath the handle delivers a smooth and powerful seasoning grind. Equipped with extra-large ceramic grinding mechanism, this mill can process larger peppercorns like Tasmanian pepper or very coarse sea salt. Simply twist the wooden base to 12 pre-selected settings to achieve fine to coarse grinds. The high-performance CeraCutXL grinding mechanism guarantees perfect consistency every time. To refill, just remove the crank head and fill up the reservoir with whole peppercorns or coarse salt. A great mill for everyday kitchen use, yet elegant enough to bring to the table.
