Zipp 101 XPLR Carbon Tubeless 650b Front Rim Designed for gravel riding and racing, the Zipp 101 XPLR Carbon Tubeless 650b Front Rim utilises a lightweight, laterally stiff, full carbon construction to promote a lively riding experience. In addition, its design includes a single-wall format realised via Zipp’s MOTO Technology that allows a certain amount of side to side flex around the spoke nipples. This articulation promotes heightened compliance, control, traction, and strength when the rider is combatting more challenging gravel surfaces. A hookless tyre interface partners with a 27mm internal rim width to coax tubeless-ready tyres into performing with lowered rolling resistance, extra traction and a reduced chance of bottoming out when running lower inflation pressures.
