Meet the Meerkats, Servals and Lemurs at Hoo Farm for Two - Ever wondered what it would be like to stroke animals from the continent of Africa? An animal enthusiast would jump at the chance for this marvellous experience. What's more, they just have to head to Shropshire, to a little place called Hoo Farm. There won't be just one animal you can visit, but three special creatures who you will fall in love with before the experience is over. This is one of those remarkable zoo experiences where the animals absolutely love human interaction, especially in the case of Hoo Farm's meerkats, Kovu and Uuka, who will snuggle up to you in their playful nature. Once you've had a cuddle with the meerkats, you'll have the chance to observe a friendly gang of lemurs and meet a white-ruffed lemur face to face. These native Madagascans are as sociable as the animation makes them out to be! Watching them interact with each other is a sight to behold. Lastly, you get to meet either Duma or Zeus: two beautiful servals. Servals are close relatives of the cheetah, and can hit speeds of around 50mph, despite being incredibly light wildcats. Duma and Zeus love a bit of attention and will happily let you stroke them. The welfare of the animals is extremely important to Hoo Farm, so all interaction is on the animal's terms. They're very happy and comfortable though, so we're sure they'll be excited to meet you! Meeting incredible animals is what makes the best of zoo experiences. Move it with the meerkats, love the lemurs and save the best 'til last with the servals. Available on selected weekday dates, throughout the year. Experience will last approximately 1 hour. Experience is for 2 people; there will be other people there on the day. Activity is not suitable for spectators. Minimum age for this experience is 10 years old.
