The RXQ fabric is an insulating, microfiber fabric with a two-way stretch that actively wicks away moisture to prevent windchill . Revised side panels, lighter shoulders with reflective piping, front panels in 'TwinDeck' double layer fleece material for insulation and a lightweight rear make this gilet the ideal core insulator. Not only is the performance of the highest standard the cycling specific Advanced Ergonomic Pattern Design (A.E.P.D.) of the gilet makes for incredible comfort and on the bike fit. Assos utilise many different panels and components to give a close but unrestricted fit that fits just so when you're riding. The cut also prevents unwanted bunching when the pockets are full.
