BMC Teammachine SLR01 Module V1 Disc Frameset 2022 The basis of BMC’s professional bikes, the BMC Teammachine SLR01 Module V1 Disc Frameset is light and fast, making it a great starting point for a race weapon. The frame and fork have been designed using ACE+ (Accelerated Composites Evolution Technology+) tubes, with the shapes used balancing stiffness, weight, compliance and aerodynamics for race-worthy speed. A stiff bottom bracket and excellent torsional stiffness allow the frame to efficiently transmit all the watts produced to the wheels whilst the TCC (Tuned Compliance Concept) Race balances that with the comfort needed for all-day performance. As well as the frame and fork giving an aero advantage, the bottles and cages have been included in the sums, so the Aerocore bottle cages are cleverly integrated into the design so that they don’t undo the frame's good work on the road. At the front, the ICS2 (Integrated Cockpit System) keeps any cables tucked out of the wind but still allows easy adjustments to be made compared with one-piece designs.
