With clearance for up to 32mm tyres, this derailleur can be paired with modern wide wheel and tyre setups, while the new leverage system is designed to accelerate shifting. A split front link rod is located a safe distance from the limit screw to improve shifting efficiency, while the weight is kept down to just 81 grams. Completed with a micro-adjustment system, the throw of the derailleur can be adjusted on the move, through the shifters. The benefits include reduced chain contact at the gear extremities and a quieter transmission.
