Inspired by the musical instrument of Wales, adopted in the 17th century, the Heartstrings bracelet elegantly acknowledges a tradition begun in 1660, where an official harpist was appointed to the Royal court. A tradition continued into the 21st century, the harp is today a symbol of love. One mythical connection dating to Celtic times says that the harp symbolised the bridge of love connecting heaven and earth. Expertly handcrafted, the Heartstrings bracelet contains rare Welsh gold and provides the perfect piece of jewellery to wear on any occasion. The Clogau brand was first brought to life when a local Welshman named William Roberts made an exciting discovery in the rural mountains of Snowdonia. Roberts was able to extract a stockpile of rare Welsh gold that was then used exclusively to create the jewellery that founded the Clogau brand.
