Vintage 1970s Portmeirion The Botanic Garden Plant Pot Planter Viola Tricolour Heartsease 1972 Susan Williams-Ellis Floral Retro Gift We love The Botanic Garden range by Susan Williams-Ellis & produced by Portmeirion throughout the 1970s. The range just screams country cottage & is so colourful & pretty. This Planter was produced as part of that range in 1972. The Planter has a white base with a colourful depiction of the flower, Viola Tricolour, all around with green leaves & a yellow butterfly. Underneath are the words "Viola Tricolour Heartsease". It really is so pretty! The Planter has an extended rim around the top & measures 8.5cm high & has a diameter of 11cm. The Planter is in very good vintage condition. There is a small mark inside which we have tried to photograph & which we think is a water mark. We think it would make a fabulous gift to that green-fingered person in your life!
