Wilcox S. P. Co. International Paisley 162 Silver Plated Candle Holder The pattern is designed which is an ornate scrolling & floral patterns. There is a garland band of diamond shaped & flowers on the base of the candleholder. The back mark: Wilcox S.P. Co, International Silver, Paisley, 162. This piece is around 1921 to 1940. Height: 4 Base Width: 5 1/8 Holder Width: 1.75 Weight: 8 oz. One candlestick holder has a dent on the side. Not too noticeable. Please refer to the photo for more detail. There are couple scratches & small black sections on the base underneath the candle holder (refer to pictures). These were lightly polished. I noticed that similar listings are left unpolished.
