These line mugs are handmade with light brown speckled clay on the pottery wheel, & then adorned with a slab-built handle. Each line is carefully placed by hand on the mug, continuing the design onto the handle. After being fired in the kiln, the speckles in the clay pop through & create a unique effect. The geometric lines & bottom of the mugs are left unglazed to further celebrate the beauty of this clay. These mugs hold 12 oz of liquid. They are perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon tea, but work well for any hot or cold beverages. The satin blue-gray glaze is food safe & lead free. This mug is dishwasher & microwave safe, although hand washing is always recommended for handmade pottery.
