This is a lovely handmade pottery bud vase. Perfect for holding fresh or dried flowers. The vase is made from dark brown stoneware clay, & glazed with turquoise & cream glazes. The bottom has a finished trimmed foot & is stamped. The inside of the vase is glazed too. Measuring approximately, 5 inches in height by 3 1/4 inches wide by 1 1/4 inches opens at the top & holds 10 Fl oz. The pottery is hand-thrown on a potter's wheel, trimmed, & glazed by me (Pam Paul). My studio is in Upstate New York where I create all my pieces. All the glazes I use are food, oven, microwave, & dishwasher safe. It makes a wonderful gift for you, or someone you love. The pottery is carefully gift wrapped in white tissue paper & a ribbon is tied around the piece before it is shipped. Each piece of pottery is uniquely handcrafted, so there may be slight variations in size, shape, & glaze finish, which adds a special charm to every item. Therefore, the piece you receive may differ slightly from the one shown in the listing photos, but I strive to maintain a close resemblance.
