Handmade & decorated floral decoupage wooden weave hinged lid purse or picnic basket. Hand basket is lined with red crushed velvet fabric. Beautiful brown velvet ribbon trim around rim & handle. Sweet floral motif decoupaged on lid. Some light wear - scuffs & a few light scratches & a small cup ring mark on top. Two spots on inside of lid not covered by varnish. (See pictures). It is signed in gold pen by the maker on the inside of the lid, & it says: Made with love & dated 1971. Sweet, brown wicker handbag or picnic basket for two.
