HOW TO ORDER: 1) Select your options from drop down menus (if applicable) 2) Type yes in the personalization box to acknowledge lead time & item details. 3) CHOOSE A FONT PLEASE! from list, add that & personalization details in box (if applicable). Price includes one name/initial/monogram. Personalization will be added ExACTLY as entered. Vertical names will read top to bottom unless requested bottom to top. Please keep in mind your tumbler may not look exactly as pictured, due to variations in lighting, screen settings, glitter lots, etc. TUMBLERS: Our stainless steel tumblers are double wall, vacuum insulated & keep beverages hot or cold longer. Design is sublimated, no epoxy, is permanent & will not peel or wash away; however design may scratch over time, with use. To make your design scratch-proof, please choose the option to add epoxy. This does add to the lead time, since epoxy has to cure for 72 hours before I can ship to prevent damage to the finish. TUMBLER CARE: HANDWASH only DO NOT place in dishwasher DO NOT microwave Excessive exposure to sunlight/heat can cause yellowing and/or fading of colors. If treated with care, your tumbler should last a very long time. I cannot be held responsible for damages caused by failure to follow proper care instructions. Please choose the epoxy option if your tumbler will be used in a cup holder or other situation which can cause scratches to the design. Each one is handmade with care & love by a human...I do my best to make your cup perfect, but please expect small imperfections :) RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY: DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF THE PRODUCT NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED. NO ExCEPTIONS Cancellations or changes MUST be made within 24 hours after order was placed. If cup is damaged in transit, please take pictures & contact me immediately upon receipt so that I can file a claim. If there is a design error, please notify me right away. I do not offer a warranty on the cup or lid itself after use, since I do not make them, & have no way of determining how/why it was damaged during use.
