Traditional Mid Century Chapel Church Green Painted Chair Dating from the 1940's this adult sized chair has historically been used in a place of worship, hence the useful bible rack fixed under the seat of the chair. The frame is of beech which has been painted in a pale green paint. The elm seat has been polished to highlight the beautiful elm grain & aged patina Despite it's age, the chair is in a remarkably sturdy condition, solid, with no loose joints or signs of excessive use.
