Swallows Tea Light Turquoise , copper blue & grey large fused glass curve with bird design. Swallows on a wire blue curve/candle arch Seeing swallows gathered on a telephone wire is a favourite summer sight for many. Our blue glass candle arches are made with turquoise , copper blue & slate grey glass. Using the highest quality hand rolled kiln-glass, sheets are cut, assembled & cast, each one coldworked & fused in the kiln to create individually unique designs. After being fired for 24hrs, we screen print by hand our bird illustrations with enamel. The glass is then returned to the kiln for a further 24hrs to be slumped ( take shape) over a mould. These create amazing reflections on a sunny window sill or radiate a warm glow with a candle.
