First clay gets its form by hand, the object is let to dry several days, then imperfections are fixes & it goes into the kiln. It is fired at 1000 degree Celcius (1900 Fahrenheit). After first firing it is ready to glaze. After the glaze has dried it is fired again at 1040 degree Celcius (1920 Fahrenheit). After another almost an whole day of firing & cooling it is ready.
