A vintage stoneware planter made by Moira Pottery c1930s called Vitry Ware. Moira Pottery produced this range of pottery with a log effect on the outside of the planter which was unglazed with a plain glazed inside. These were designed for bulbs & indoor plants & proved very popular. The planters are quite hard to find these days especially in excellent vintage condition like this one.
