Description
Broadhurst England Ironstone pottery bowl, from the 1960s. 'San Tropez' pattern designed by Kathie Winkle. Riviera shape. Floral & leaf design around the top edge, in colours of blue, green & black. Circular white bowl with small scalloped pattern to top outer edge, & a circle of radial lines inside the bowl. Backstamp under bowl. External diameter 22.5cm, 8 8/10 inches approx. External depth about 2 inches. in very good to excellent condition. Slight cutlery marks in the bowl. The bottom of the bowl has some small indentation lines in the glaze, from manufacture. Could be used as a fruit bowl, serving bowl or storage bowl, or as a lovely decorative object. UK postage only for this item.
