Description
Thompson & Morgan Euonymus Alatus is a dense, bushy, deciduous shrub with dark green, oval-shaped leaves that turn spectacular shades of red in autumn, and no doubt are one of the most stunning plants around. Flowers are small and green, followed by purplish-red fruits, splitting to reveal orange seeds. The branchlets of this winged spindle often develop conspicuous corky wings, which are revealed after all the leaves are shed.
