With its forged spindle and large upgraded bearings, it gives you super-smooth rotation and outstanding power transfer. Tech Info: Please note - The first two numbers in our option (eg. "68") relate to how wide your bike's bottom bracket shell is in millimetres. The other numbers (eg. 122.5) relate to how long your current bottom brackets spindle (axle) is in millimetres. The 68mm size is an "English thread" type bottom bracket shell, please measure your bike's bottom bracket shell width to confirm which size you need.
