The Miraculous Medal, also known as the Medal of Our Lady of Graces, is a devotional medal that depicts Mother Mary crushing the serpent. The design is inspired by St. Catherine Labour's mystical visions from the nineteenth century. Expert lapidaries are required to emboss and file such a design. The pendant is made of Vermeil Yellow Gold sterling silver for a polished look and feel. In addition, the pendant bears Giuseppe Perez's signature mark, a blue sapphire, which makes every design from them more memorable and worthwhile.
