Hosta 'Sum and Substance' is a well-loved Hosta that produces large, heart-shaped yellow foliage up to 50cm long. The enormous leaves become gently puckered with age giving a lightly ribbed texture. Hosta 'Sum and Substance' bears tall stems of bells shaped, pale lilac flowers throughout July and August each year, which will attract bees to your garden.
