All our frames are hand crafted in the UKItems can only be returned if damaged or faulty. An admin charge re-stocking fee and a collection charge will be applied to items that have been cancelled and returned and found to be non-faulty undamaged or incorrect size. Customer needs to provide telephone number for the courier to contact once order is placed. All damages and discrepancies need to be reported within 7 days. Self Assembly is required.. We cover the whole of England and lower Scotland however the Highlands as well as some areas in England we DO NOT cover.
