Zamioculcas 'Raven' - An easy to grow, low maintenance house plant. Zamioculcas Zamiifolia has a strong structure with stiff, fleshy stems adorned with unusual leaves that emerge glossy, deep-green but mature to deep brown, almost black, making a dramatic and eye-catching feature for modern, contemporary spaces. Position Zamioculcas in a warm room with a temperature of 16C (60F) to 24C (75F). Bright light, away from the direct glare of the sun is preferable, however these plants can cope well in lower light levels. Water sparingly between spring and autumn, whenever the compost begins to dry out. Avoid over watering and always allow the pot to drain well afterwards. In winter, reduce watering so that the compost is kept barely moist. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth.
