The absolutely stunning ‘Russell Mixed’ is a truly breath taking variety of lupin, that provides rainbow coloured blooms upon and around tall green spears. You can expect these dreamy flowers to appear and perform under the summer sun from May through to July! The perfect edition to your cottage or woodland garden - The ideal reliable and cheerful hardy perennial. Pot up lupins and grow them on until large enough to plant outdoors. When they well grown and all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Grow lupins in light, fertile, well-drained soil in sun or semi-shade. Feed and water regularly until plants are fully established. Deadhead faded lupin flowers to encourage a second flush of blooms to be produced. Caution: Lupin seeds are harmful if eaten.
