The cold air is blown out of the front of the portable air conditioner whilst the warm, humid air is expelled from the space via a exhaust duct.Meaco's larger air conditioners give you much more cooling in practice, with no more noise than a smaller unit. This makes them perfect for larger rooms, or areas with more people living or working in them, this unit is suitable for rooms between 20-30m².The remote control allows you to change the settings without having to move and the sleep mode keeps the unit in low fan speed to ensure the lowest possible noise level, ideal for anytime you need a quieter environment. To get the best out of your air conditioner, we recommend pre-cooling your rooms before you need to use them.All Meaco units come with a 1.8m duct, if you need a longer duct, a 2m one can be purchased separately. The duct is used for the cooling function, where you'll need to put the duct through a window in order to expel the excess hot air and keep your room cool.The MeacoCool comes with two types of kits to make your unit more efficient: the standard and the flexible window kit. The standard window kit is suitable for sash windows, whereas the flexible window kit is suitable for any window.The window kit included measures at 170cm and therefore if you're trying to cover a sliding door, there will be a small gap at the top. Alternatively, you can purchase a flexible door window kit separately.WarrantyAll Meaco products come with a two-year parts and labour warranty, as well as the option of extending the warranty to a total of five years.
