Milton & Humble Jewellery Second Hand 18ct White & Rose Gold Diamond Cluster Ring
An exquisite example of opulence and luxury, this cluster ring boasts multiple stunning diamonds set in a mix of white and rose gold for a look that really pops.
At its heart, a brilliant round cut diamond captivates with its near colourless sparkle and clarity. It's surrounded by a wreath-style halo of 10 diamonds, while each shoulder sparkles with a central row of 3 baguette-cut diamonds and two outer rows of 7 round diamonds. The wreath detail in rose gold adds a touch of elegance to the otherwise all-white gold ring. The style was hallmarked 18ct in London.
The ring is currently finger size M but can be altered to a different size. See below for how to have your ring re-sized.
Total diamond weight is approximately 1.3cts. The central round cut diamond, weighs approximately 0.73ct and has been graded H-I in colour and SI1 in clarity. The smaller diamonds weigh approximately 0.57ct and have been graded F-H in colour and VS1-I1 in clarity.
Diamond graded F-I Colour falls into the following groups:
Colourless D-F Diamonds in this colour grading are the rarest and as a result, the most expensive ones. Given their absence of colour, D-F diamonds tend to be set in white gold or platinum, since these metals don't reflect colour and make the best choice for showcasing the stones.
Near Colourless G-J - More common than D-F colour diamonds, the G-J diamonds provide a great value. Similar to D-F diamonds, these diamonds are best highlighted in white gold or platinum as the white colour of the metal enhances the colourlessness of the stone.
Clarity VS2-I1 which falls into the following groups:
Very Slightly Included (VS1 and VS2) - Inclusions are observed with effort under 10x magnification and are defined as minor. The inclusions are not visible to the naked eye.
Slightly Included (SI1 and SI2) - Inclusions are visible under 10x magnification only but not to the naked eye.
Included (I1, I2, and I3) -Inclusions are apparent and can affect transparency and brilliance.
