Montblanc Watch 1858 Monopusher Chrono
Description
Montblanc Watch 1858 Monopusher Chrono. 125581. Inspired by the original Minerva watches from the 1920’s, this handsome Montblanc 1858 Monopusher Chronograph watch embodies the spirit of mountain exploration and the romantic notion of returning to nature. It’s combination of slim bevelled lugs, satin-finished detailing and smooth black dial makes it a perfect dress watch and yet its luminous cathedral hands, 100 metre water resistant rating and high-precision automatic winding movement makes it just as deserving of an outdoors instrument, perfectly commemorating its exploratory inspiration. The Montblanc 1858 Chronograph continues to impress with outstanding chronograph complication controlled by a single pusher on the left hand side of the 42mm stainless steel case. The chronograph function, which includes central chronograph seconds and a 30 minutes counter, is ensured by the Montblanc automatic MB. 25.12 calibre which alongside 27 jewels, a 48 power reserve and a frequency of 4Hz, delivers classic hour, minutes and small seconds function. The movement is protected by a smooth satin polished bezel, domed sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating, and a screw down case back beautifully engraved with the image of a compass, two crossed ice pickaxes and the emblematic Mont Blanc mountain. To complete the look of the Montblanc 1858 Monopusher Chrono watch, a sophisticated tan brown calfskin leather strap is added handcrafted from the Montblanc Pelletteria Florence workshops in Italy.
