Included is an A5 notebook with 40 pages, a letter-writing set consisting of 10x sheets of writing paper and 10x envelopes, a Hogwarts Crest jigsaw puzzle, 2x sheets of gadget decals, a trivia quiz and a standard deck of playing cards. Made from soft polyester velvet in a rich burgundy the stocking features the full colour crest of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The escutcheon of the crest displays the mascot of each of the school's four houses: the Gryffindor lion, the Slytherin serpent, the Ravenclaw eagle, and the Hufflepuff badger. Each of the four houses bears the last name of its founder: Godric Gryffindor, Salazar Slytherin, Rowena Ravenclaw, and Helga Hufflepuff. Gryffindor values courage, bravery, nerve, and chivalry. Ravenclaw values intelligence, creativity, learning, and wit. Hufflepuff values hard work, patience, justice, and loyalty. Slytherin values ambition, cunning, leadership, and resourcefulness. The motto at the bottom of the crest, Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus , translates to Never tickle a sleeping dragon . Measuring 50cm (19.7”) there is plenty of room for Santa to add a few extra goodies and you use the stocking again next year. The top of the stocking is made from a beautiful plush faux fur and there is a sewn-in loop for you to hang the stocking from a hook or stocking hanger.
