Description
With heart rate monitoring, an activity tracker, track recording and lap functions, this sports watch focuses on what's most important for improving your training sessions. Its heart rate monitor focuses on speed and distance measurement as well as your heart rate. You can then use the Sigma Link app to evaluate the training data in detail via the Data Centre. In addition, the iD.RUN HR provides an integrated activity tracker that motivates you to get the most out of your day. The trackable activities include steps, calories, daily distance, the daily goal, the current heart rate and the activity indicator. Wrist-Based Heart Rate The heart rate measurement on the wrist is performed by means of an optical sensor, which makes a chest strap obsolete. During a training session, your heart rate is recorded continuously. Even in everyday life, if the activity tracking is activated, there is the option of quick measurement within the start screen. The heart rate is then displayed for 5 minutes on the display below the time. Technologies: Heart Rate Functions: During your training you will be shown the current heart rate by default. You can also display other values such as the maximum and average heart rate as well as individually defined target and intensity zones during the training session. In the start screen, a short-term measurement of the heart rate can also be started without having to start a training unit. Activity Tracker: The Activity Tracker is permanently visible in the lower part of the start screen. If the Activity Tracker has been disabled, this section will remain free. Use the + and - buttons (left and right) to scroll through the values of the Activity Tracker. These include steps, calories, daily distance, the daily goal, the current heart rate and the activity indicator. Personal Best: As soon as you set up a new training record, the personal best time is displayed. The fastest 1 km / 5 km / 10 km, the longest distance, the longest training time and the most consumed calories are saved. In the menu, you can view your personal best performance with the associated date. Track Recording: The GPS position is constantly saved and used to determine the current speed and distance. You can view the track in detail in the SIGMA LINK app or the DATA CENTER. Lap Functions: A short tap on the clock display (tap screen), or a button press will set you on a lap. Alternatively, there is the possibility to set automated laps (e.g., 1 km, 10 min, etc.). A maximum of 99 laps are possible. When you stop a lap, a brief overview of the lap time as well as the distance is displayed. You can view various parameters for the current lap during the training session and look more closely at the clock display after the training. A detailed evaluation is possible via SIGMA LINK and the DATA CENTER. Statistics: The sum of the training units, training time, distance and calories are shown on a monthly basis for the last 12 months on the clock display. How the Heart Rate Measurement Works: The principle of pulse measurement on the wrist is simple: Light is irradiated onto the skin and an optical sensor measures the reflection of the light. The blood flow changes during the beat of the heart and thereby also the reflected quantity of light. The heart rate is recorded in this way. For the measurement to function optimally, the direct contact with the skin is essential. Faster GPS Fix: For the integration of the GPS measurement, attention was paid to the highest accuracy with the lowest possible power consumption. In order to obtain a fast GPS signal, the GSP satellite data can be loaded beforehand via the SIGMA LINK app or the DATA CENTER. Thus, the training can begin quickly. Smart Connectivity: In the SIGMA LINK app, you will also get a detailed training evaluation on the move. The training data can also be transferred to the DATA CENTER or vice versa via SIGMA CLOUD. From both platforms, you can also share your data in social media or training portals. In addition to the functions of the SIGMA LINK app, the DATA CENTER can be used to process the training data, as well as to develop in-depth analyses. The issue of data security is taken very seriously by SIGMA SPORT. The mobile apps do not require any user registration and your data is only stored locally on the terminal device. If you want to use the convenience of cloud-based data storage, the SIGMA CLOUD provides secure storage of data on European servers. Your data will, of course, not be passed on to third parties. Long Running Time: The integrated battery lasts up to 14 days depending on usage. The maximum running time is reached in stand-by mode, and up to 6 hours are possible in the training mode. The iD.RUN HR is fully charged again within a short time using the included USB cable. Manufacturer's Part Numbers: S-24900 Black/Black S-24910 Black/Blue S-24920 Black/Red
