Designed with two handles for carrying, once on the table this gratin dish becomes the centre of attention and stays warm for a long time. Handmade in Sweden, Skeppshult's cast iron is an alternative to plastic-coated aluminium pans. Cast iron is excellent for heat retention and can be used on all heat sources such as induction, gas, oven hob and even on an open fire. The 5mm-thick bottom provides even heat conduction and the natural non-stick surface requires little maintenance. The pan has been pre-seasoned with organic canola oil, so you can delve right into discovering cast iron cooking.
