Suitable for complete beginners, this kit contains everything you'll need to sew and assemble the banner. The only extra things you'll need are a pair of scissors and maybe some pins. This project is suitable for beginners but contains small parts so is not suitable for under 14's or to be used as a toy. Should be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
