This British-bred blackberry variety is self-fertile, bearing firm, glossy-black, conical fruits on compact, thornless canes. 'Loch Ness' is a prolific cropper, yielding up to 3.6kg (8lb) of fruit per bush, making it ideal for smaller gardens. Harvests extend from mid-August until the arrival of the first frosts.
