Night Scented Stocks offer plenty of old-fashioned charm and thrive in any sunny spot, where their rich perfume will attract pollinating insects to the garden. They act as superb filler plants for gaps at the front of borders, particularly in cottage garden schemes and wildlife areas. Culinary note: Flowers are usually added raw to salads or as a garnish to desserts, they can also be candied.
