Tulip 'Paul Scherer' is renowned for its deep, dark petals, making it one of the blackest tulips available, surpassing even Tulip ‘Queen of the Night’. This hardy variety features late-flowering, satin blooms carried on tall, sturdy stems, perfect for creating a dramatic monochrome display when contrasted with white narcissus. Ideal for patio containers, cottage gardens, and cut flower gardens, 'Paul Scherer' thrives in sun or semi-shade. Plant them in large groups to maximise their bold colours and shapely blooms.
