Thompson & Morgan Tulip Bella Blush 32 Spring Flowering Bulbs

B&Q £18.99 Might be Out of Stock First seen in Aug 2024
Description
This new Darwin hybrid variety produces beautiful candyfloss-pink blooms with a broader base and delicate taper at the tip. Each flower has an elegant peach stripe in the centre, only adding to its beauty. Tulip ‘Bella Blush’ stands pride of place in the garden atop upright sturdy stems, making a truly stunning springtime display. They make the biggest impact when grown in large groups, so their colour and appearance can be fully appreciated, and also make a spectacular cut flower, bringing their pretty show indoors. Plant tulip bulbs in late summer or autumn. Tulips will grow well in any moist, well-drained soil, except for particularly wet soils. Choose a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds. When planting tulip bulbs, avoid shallow planting as this may reduce the winter cold period that is essential for tulip bulbs to produce flowers in spring. Plant them at a depth of 15cm and at a distance of 13cm apart. After flowering, deadhead the faded tulip flowers and allow the foliage to die back completely before removing it in summer. Caution: Tulip bulbs are an irritant to the skin and eyes and are harmful if eaten. Height: up to 45cm. Spread: up to 15cm. Supplied as 16 x Tulip Bella Blush Bulbs. Delivered with growing and care instructions. Images shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity. Different growing conditions might vary results. The image may be included for illustration of supply but can vary due to seasonality changes (e.g. deciduous plants lose leaves in colder months).
