The first crop of the year maturing in 110 days in a warm climate, this carrot produces blunt tipped, medium length carrots with hardly any core. The colour is a rich orange and the flavour is sweet and crunchy. Suitable as both a second early and a maincrop and perfect for freezing. Excellent carrot fly resistance.Early maturing varieties: Early varieties of carrot seed can be sown under cloches in March, or outdoors from April to July. Maincrop varieties: Should be sown outdoors from April to June. Forcing varieties: Some varieties are suitable for forcing to produce an early crop.
