The ottoman base can be simply raised and lowered with the assistance of the gas lift mechanism to reveal a large fabric lined storage area which is approximately four times greater than a typical storage divan. The bed has a low foot end design which helps to enhance the feeling of space in the bedroom. The bed comes with a sprung slatted ottoman base for extra comfort and support.
