Description
As the name suggests, Clematis Napaulensis originates from Nepal and China, and is very unusual as it’s climbing clematis that flowers in the WINTER! It produces masses of beautiful bell shaped yellow flowers with pink anthers that have a wonderful fragrance. This is a great plant for those who are new or inexperienced to gardening, or simply don’t have the time to prune extensively, it is very low maintenance. Napaulensis likes to be grown in a sheltered position against the winter winds, in full sun or semi shade. Ideally, because it is deciduous, it’s a good idea to intertwine with summer flower clematis, so that its vines do not appear too bare in the summer.
