Individually assembled by hand, eighteen blocks of solid American white oak are laminated to form the conical shape. A squared top and bottom edge cut a contemporary look. Perfect for use in a bathroom, bedroom or office. Made from sustainably harvested solid American white oak, finished in a smooth, matt, white tint water resistant lacquer. Edges look crisp but are finely hand sanded to make them soft to the touch. Silicone feet stop it slipping. Wipe clean finsih. Design by Lincoln Rivers. The majority of our wood comes from America. Unlike tropical hardwoods where forestry practices often harm the environment by felling trees that are rare, take many hundreds of years to grow and will never be re-planted, all our trees are legally harvested and considered 'low risk'. This means they are sustainable. Do not leave in contact with water. Prolonged contact with water can cause the wood to expand. Allow to dry inbetween use. Some bath oils and soap solutions can damage the finish. Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Use a mild soap solution if required. Do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach. 20w x 20d x 26h cm
