This natural material has bamboo-like robustness that provides long-lasting sustainability & durability. Please note: Our day bags are designed & made directly by us & our team of weavers. We DO NOT use middle people. SHIPPING: (Read Carefully) - Please allow 5-6 business days for processing each order. Day basket will be folded in to save on shipping costs. Shaping a basket to its original form is extremely easy & instructions will be included in your box or you can visit our site for tutorials. The elephant grass molds with water so don't be afraid to get the basket wet. Avoid soaking the leather. - All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Military or P.O BOX addresses. RETURN POLICY: We have a strict no return policy on our day baskets. We only accept returns under the following criteria's. - You received a damaged basket (Baskets are inspected prior to shipping) - Order lost in transit (please note: Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery don't count) - Item received is not as described. Simply soak the basket in hot water (hose, shower head, sink etc.) until wet. Avoid soaking the leather handles. With both hands, use firm pressure to shape the basket accordingly.
