Mr Fothergill's Nasturtium African Queens are perfet for trailing or climbing. A delightful mixture of bright, single flowers above cool, green and white marbled foliage. The trailing stems can be used to decorate trellis, fences and larger tubs. Specifications Category Of Seeds: Nasturtium Sow/Plant By: FEB-JUN Harvest/Blooms By: JUN-OCT Plant Class: Hardy Annual Seed Count: 25 Sowing Guide: Sow outdoors, April-June, where they are to flower, 1.5cm (½”) deep, directly into finely-prepared, well-drained soil, which has already been watered. Sow two seeds together every 20cm (8"). Seedlings usually appear in 21-28 days. Remove the weaker plants, which can be transplanted elsewhere if desired. Water well until young plants are established. Or sow indoors for earlier flowers, February-May, 1.5cm (½”) deep, individually in small pots of compost. Keep moist. Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions (avoid frosts), before planting out, May-June, 30cm (12") apart, into well-drained soil, when frosts are over.
