As the first chills of autumn take hold, this exotic beauty rises from the soil to deliver a flurry of palest pink flowers. Its slender, upright stems are topped with crowns of star-burst flowers, with gently re-curving petals. This elegant perennial bulb reinvigorates fading planting schemes, adding fresh colour and interest from September to November. Plant them in generous groups in sunny borders and patio pots. Ideal for cottage gardens, cut flower gardens and coastal gardens. Height: 45cm (18”). Spread: 8cm (3”). Plant Nerine lilies in a sunny position in sandy, free draining soil. Nerine bulbs prefer shallow planting with the pointed tip protruding just above the soil surface. Nerines thrive when clumps become congested making them particularly well suited to growing in containers.
