Leeks are known as a very diverse vegetable which can be added to a multitude of dishes and are well loved for their onion-like flavour. Hoe between the leeks to help remove weeds and it will bring the insect larvae to the surface of the soil. When harvesting lift by levering them with a fork or spade..
