Ideal for planting in the front of borders as produces 60% truly black grass-like foliage with the remaining leaves an attractive darker green shade. Making a useful addition to winter containers by adding colour, texture, and structure during the cold months. Height: 20cm (8”). Spread: 30cm (12”). Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only. Grow Ophiopogon plants in any rich, fertile non-alkaline soil in full sun or semi-shade. Lilyturf enjoys reliably moist, but well-drained conditions. Lilyturf requires little aftercare but will appreciate a dry mulch of bark chips or leaf mould in autumn. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps in spring when necessary.
