Description
Lily flowering Tulips are very elegant. They come in a mix of 6 colours. The slender, fluted shape and tall stems make this variety ideal for cutting and turning into floral arrangements, or putting in vases in your home. It is best to plant up your bulbs in later summer or autumn in a nice sunny position, in moist well-drained soil. Pick a spot which is sheltered from the cold winds. Plant the bulbs at a depth of 15cm and 13cm apart. When the flowers start to fade, allow the stems and leaves to die back before removing it in summer. Tulip bulbs are an irritant to the skin and eyes and harmful, if eaten.
